About Us

The Earth's Cauldron, the melting pot of the world. A center for us all. A place where you can find many different cultures existing side by side in relative harmony. We like to explore all areas of ancient culture, and bring to our shop, the most practical (and still available) items that were used and cherished by people in ancient times.

I started out at fairs and flea markets, and in 1998 I opened my first real shop and started importing handmade goods from all over the world, and have never looked back. This has not only been a passion, but my life's work.

Today along with my beloved soaps and essential oils, I also make other body care products, natural wax candles and custom made Mojo bags & oil blends. I import incense, statues, teas, herbs, oils, henna and many more hard to find exotic items and spiritual supplies.

All of our imported products are authentic, and not cheap imitations. IE: If it's Indian, it came from India; If it's Egyptian, it came from Egypt.

In these last few years, with my love of ancient cultures, also came a love for Mehndi ~ henna body art. I am a natural henna artist, certified through the ICNHA.

The Earth's Cauldron brings together all that we love about the world, past and present.

The Earth's Cauldron is both a physical shop and an on-line store. Our physical shop is closed only for the moment, as we build our perfect shop in the setting we have chosen.

Our normal hours of business when our physical shop opens is

10:00 am to 6:00 pm est. Tuesday through Saturday.

When our shop is complete, an address and driving directions will be posted on our "contact us" page of our website.

1. Question: What is The Earth's Cauldron?
Answer: We are a shop that specializes in exotic natural products from all around the world.

We like to explore all areas of ancient culture, and bring to our shop, the most practical (and still available) items that were used and cherished by people in ancient times.

2. Question: Earth's "Cauldron" sounds like witchcraft...Is it?

Answer: No. Earth's Cauldron means "melting pot of the world". Although we sell wicca items,

we offer products from all areas of "alternative interest.

3. Question: How did you get into all of this?

Answer: A National Geographic magazine fueled the fire, but my interest started when I was

a child with the book Arabian Nights. Read our story here.

4. Question: Are all of your handmade products natural?
Answer: Yes. All of our handmade products are 100% natural, petroleum, PPD and sulfate free.

All of our imported products are also natural, having to meet super strict guidelines before

wholesale purchase.

5. Question: I study Ancient India, my BFF is Celtic...Can we both

find things we like in your store?
Answer: Absolutely! All cultures, religions and interests are welcome at The Earth's Cauldron!

You are likely to find a statue of Krishna next to a statue of Freya!

6. Question: I want a lotion to match my favorite Earth's Cauldron soap.

Can I get it made to my specifications?

Answer: Yes. Custom orders are available. But remember, we do not use synthetic fragrances,

the Essential Oils must be available. We can not make strawberry scents or cookie scents!

7. Question: What else do you do other than sell products?

Answer: Henna Body Art, Teach Classes, Offer advice and personal knowledge of Herbs,

Soaps, Candles, Incense, Aromatherapy, Culture and History.

8. Question: Do you offer any classes?

Answer: Yes we do! As a matter of fact, Along with meditation, yoga, soap & candle making and rootwork workshops, we are in the process of forming a community circle!.
